Summoner Skirmishes for Riftbound TCG are the peak of competitive play at the local level, designed for players who want more than casual meetups and are ready to prove their deckbuilding mastery. The following official promos will be distributed: 
- Zilean Participation promo card for all 32 players
- Lillean Top cut promo card
- Lillia Champion play mat and promo for the overall winner
