Summoner Skirmishes for Riftbound TCG are the peak of competitive play at the local level, designed for players who want more than casual meetups and are ready to prove their deckbuilding mastery. The following official promos will be distributed: 
- Participation promo card for all 32 players
- Top 8 promo card
- Champion play mat for the overall winner
